About Giant Properties

Our clients trust our experience, our network of local contacts and our personalized approach to prudently manage their most valuable asset.

Our clients come to us for a variety of reasons.

We take the time to understand your needs as an owner and that of your tenants in order to provide a fair and economically viable environment.

Whether you own one income property or a portfolio of family properties we can help you through the sometimes complex decision-making process that works best to protect your investment into the future.

Just starting out, or ready to retire?

Some clients inherit property and aren’t certain what renovations are needed, or how to get it on the rental market. Others decide to invest in property but don’t want to manage it. In some cases, clients who have managed their property for decades would like to hand that responsibility on to someone else, so they can enjoy life and travel.

We are a phone call or text away…

Our staff extends quality service that strengthens our relationship with you as an owner, and with tenants that you see reflected in tenant retention. Tenants enjoy peace of mind knowing our maintenance department is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They know they will receive prompt attention on any issues that will impact their safety or the integrity of your property.

I began my real estate career in 1989. Since then, I’ve represented clients with property management, development, sales, purchases and leasing. I am accessible and responsive 24/7.

I attribute my success to keeping the interests and needs of my clients first, an easy and satisfying rule to live by!

Most of my clients come to me when they are facing a transition in life.

Some have recently inherited property. Knowing what to do with that property will depend, at a minimum, on its condition, location, and your time constraints and expertise. Will it make sense to keep it, perhaps renovate and lease it? Or would you be better off selling it and investing in a different residential income property?

What if you are close to retirement, want to downsize but don’t want to sell that four-bedroom, 3 bath home in Mill Valley? What are your options?

These are the kind of challenges I enjoy working on with my clients to problem solve. Managing an investment property takes time and attention to detail. Handing over some of that responsibility to a property manager may be the right decision you. I am also a Certified Real Estate Probate Specialist and can assist you with properties that are going through probate.

I manage homeowner associations, and have the unique capability to manage, lease, purchase or sell homes and condos, as well as apartment buildings; all under one roof, performed personally and professionally!

My professional and community affiliations include:

  • California Brokers License DRE #01899809
  • Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES)
  • Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
  • California Association of Realtors
  • National Association of Realtors
  • Marin Association of Realtors
  • Marin YMCA Board of Managers
  • Board of Directors Novato Chamber of Commerce
  • Past President Downtown Novato Business Association

What People Say

I met this company over four years ago and they turned out to be a great help in renting out our properties. Mark was able to help us get fair market value and gave us great advice on improvements that made the property more desirable.  I personally plan on continuing to rely on Mark, on an ongoing basis, for our property rental needs.

Mark took care of everything. Calmly explained using a proper lease and following leasing rules. He placed adds, met and checked references of prospective tenants…and ultimately found us a great tenant.  We will be back.
